My personal journey – From “I hate sport” to Pilates Instructor
I started with zero fitness, lacking endurance and body awareness. Pilates became my tool for transformation. In less than six months, I went from complete beginner to a student in the international Polestar Pilates Instructor Training program. For me, this is proof of how powerful this method is for transformation.
Pilates not only changed my body but also shifted my approach to life. It became my passion, the key to finding balance and health – both physical and mental.
